2023 Race Follow up questions, forgotten items, etc….

Fill out this form. We will get to each one of you in the order the question comes in. It takes us a few weeks to unpack and organize.

Early answer if you are contacting about Deferrals:

Rollover policy. We take pride in working hard to keep our race prices down. This policy allows us to properly prepare for race, give runners options, and keep our registration prices low.. We have no cost options all the way to the day before race with an 8 hour volunteer option. This is listed at "check out" when you register for the race.

-Rollover Race entry as long as you let us know by 70 days before event. Do this on Ultrasignup
-50% OMR race credit as long as you do this by 25 days before event. Do this on Ultrasignup

-100% rollover option is available all the way to the day before race if you volunteer 8 hours at the event. We will assign the spot. Sign up for that here: LINK to Volunteer

• Pregnancy rollovers are allowed. Please let us know as soon as you know your pregnancy is going to keep you from participating.

• We need to follow our policy to plan for a successful event. We listed our policy at check out on registration.

• If you choose to volunteer for a rollover you will need to sign up to volunteer and choose the option “I am volunteering to receive a rollover to 2024” You will need to volunteer at the 2023 Hennepin Hundred to choose this option.

• Please respect that we follow the policy for everyone to be fair to all.

-Log into your ultrasignup account

-Click drop down “registration history”

-Remove yourself from race

-The current options available will show up for you to choose. Read those options above.
